Our Purpose

The purpose of the Baptist Men - Men's Ministry is to help Christian men share the love of Jesus by praying, giving, going, and becoming actively involved in missions with their time and talents. Stanleyville FBC Baptist Men strive to make Christians aware of human needs and to provide opportunities to help meet those needs wherever they exist.

Our Mission is to lead men to Christ and disciple them toward maturity in Christ in order that they may develop spiritually and become responsible leaders in their sphere of influence.

We want to create an environment, where men come alive and can be real.  Something that is relevant to men, and effective in changing their lives and the world around them.

Bible Studies

Join a group of like-minded men who meet weekly for fellowship and Bible study.

The purpose is to give men a place where they can discuss men's issues and to learn Biblical solutions as they seek true success.

The Bible studies are structured "come as you are" where relevant issues are discussed Biblically, and shared information is confidential.

Disaster Relief Team

Our Disaster Relief Team was organized bring hope, reconciliation and care to those who survive the devastation of natural disasters in the United States. For more than 20 years, we have made a practical difference to thousands of lives around the United States, and have influenced our world for Christ by spreading the Gospel to those who don't know Him yet.

Macon, GA Disaster Relief Mission Trip

June 2008

What a blessing our recent Disaster Relief trip was for all. Our Disaster Relief Team witnessed and ministered to many. Several people accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior during our Mission trip to Macon, GA in June 2008.

As part of the of Stanleyville FBC's Outreach and Missions Ministry, the Disaster Relief Ministry seeks to establish healthy, growing Christian fellowships and ministries wherever they are needed.

We do this by equipping and motivating our church to minister in a national and global context, whether it's through missions trips, providing practical help to those suffering from natural disasters through the Disaster Relief ministry, being a part of the global missions team, or by connecting with local and international ministries. The goal of our Missions Ministry is for everyone who attends Stanleyville FBC to have a global vision and be involved in the life of at least one person in local or international ministry.
